The Pick Up option will not appear if you choose an accelerated checkout method in the first step of the checkout. If you try and pay using Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, or PayPal on the first step of the checkout, then the pickup option is not available. You can't use express checkout options for pickup orders.
